Proximal Humeral Locking Plate System Phoenix (PHL PHX)
PHL PHX – Flanges
The ITS. Proximal Humeral Locking System Phoenix – Flanges aims to provide simplified solutions to complex problems. This versatile system enables the treatment of various proximal humeral fractures, with the contourable anterior/posterior flanges facilitating the proper fixation of the entire humeral head.
PHL PHX – Standard
The Proximal Humeral Locking System Phoenix – Standard features a flange-free plate for simple fractures, a wider head with 11 holes, and options for the medial calcar screw. Polyaxial locking technology supports a flexible screw pattern to effectively stabilize the humeral head.

- 6 marginal proximal holes for rotator cuff fixation or temporary plate fixation
- Multiple holes for optimal proximal screw placement
- Indentations in the shaft area to facilitate the use of cerclage bands and wires
- Oblong hole for optimal positioning and adjustment of the humeral length
- Pointed distal plate end for percutaneous insertion
- Contourable anterior and posterior flanges for better fixation of the greater and lesser tuberosity
- Superior hook flange for capturing greater tuberosity
