Clavicle Locking Plates System (CLS)

Plates
Upper Extremity

The ITS. Clavicle family is a proven osteosynthesis system for various fractures of the clavicle. With this technology, an anatomical reduction is achieved and fixed until healing. The short immobilization time ensures rapid rehabilitation and early functionality.

Both a superior and an anterior system are available, both with anatomically shaped medial and lateral plates. In addition, the new Clavicle Hook Locking Plate System (CHLP) provides reliable fixation for fractures of the lateral clavicle and acromioclavicular joint injuries.

Although all plates are anatomically pre-contoured, they can be further contoured intraoperatively, to achieve the best anatomical fit for each individual patient.

  • Smooth narrowing of plate from distal to the shaft allowing for placement of four distal screws
Plate Technology. ONE Technology for all Implants. All ITS. plates are made from Titanium Grade 2, whereas the screws are made of a harder titanium alloy. This allows the plates to have only non-threaded holes, which all (with the exception of oblong holes) accept both non-locking and locking screws.

Intramedullary Claw (IMC)

Special implants
Upper Extremity

The ITS. Intramedullary Claw was specifically developed to address common challenges in the treatment of subcapital humeral fractures. While percutaneous drilling and intramedullary wire techniques are less invasive and reduce the risk of avascular necrosis compared to open methods, they often lead to wire migration and secondary fragment displacement due to osteoporotic bone. Additionally, healing complications are frequently observed.

The IMC combines the benefits of minimally invasive osteosynthesis, intramedullary positioning, and secure fixation with a cancellous screw. This innovative design minimizes the risk of complications and promotes reliable bone healing.

Features
Intramedullary Claw (IMC)
  • Length: 260mm
  • Simple instruments
  • Short OP time
  • Short BV time
  • Stable conditions after assembly
  • No implant migration
