Clavicle Locking Plates System (CLS)
The ITS. Clavicle family is a proven osteosynthesis system for various fractures of the clavicle. With this technology, an anatomical reduction is achieved and fixed until healing. The short immobilization time ensures rapid rehabilitation and early functionality.
Both a superior and an anterior system are available, both with anatomically shaped medial and lateral plates. In addition, the new Clavicle Hook Locking Plate System (CHLP) provides reliable fixation for fractures of the lateral clavicle and acromioclavicular joint injuries.
Although all plates are anatomically pre-contoured, they can be further contoured intraoperatively, to achieve the best anatomical fit for each individual patient.

Proximal Humeral Locking Plate System Phoenix (PHL PHX)
PHL PHX – Flanges
The ITS. Proximal Humeral Locking System Phoenix – Flanges aims to provide simplified solutions to complex problems. This versatile system enables the treatment of various proximal humeral fractures, with the contourable anterior/posterior flanges facilitating the proper fixation of the entire humeral head.
PHL PHX – Standard
The Proximal Humeral Locking System Phoenix – Standard features a flange-free plate for simple fractures, a wider head with 11 holes, and options for the medial calcar screw. Polyaxial locking technology supports a flexible screw pattern to effectively stabilize the humeral head.

Intramedullary Claw (IMC)
The ITS. Intramedullary Claw was specifically developed to address common challenges in the treatment of subcapital humeral fractures. While percutaneous drilling and intramedullary wire techniques are less invasive and reduce the risk of avascular necrosis compared to open methods, they often lead to wire migration and secondary fragment displacement due to osteoporotic bone. Additionally, healing complications are frequently observed.
The IMC combines the benefits of minimally invasive osteosynthesis, intramedullary positioning, and secure fixation with a cancellous screw. This innovative design minimizes the risk of complications and promotes reliable bone healing.
- Length: 260mm

Distal Humerual Locking Plates (DHL)
The ITS. Distal Humeral Locking Plates offer a reliable osteosynthesis solution for treating a wide range of distal humerus fractures.
A special feature of this system is the freely selectable hole configuration, which makes it possible to choose locking or non-locking screws for each hole (except compression and oblong holes). With an angle selection of +/- 15°, the system offers particular versatility, especially for complex fractures.
- Multi-directional Locking
- Anatomical plate design
- Sliding hole with compression option up to 4mm
- Pointed proximal plate end for percutaneous insertion
- Left/right version
Lengths: 4, 5, 6, 7-hole
Lengths: 8, 9, 10-hole
Olecranon Locking Plates (OLS)
The ITS. Olecranon Locking Plates System offers a versatile solution for olecranon fractures, providing stable and precise reconstruction for both simple and complex cases.
Locking plating supports early postoperative mobility, unlike traditional methods like tension banding, which often require extended immobilization. The adjustable screw angles offer greater flexibility, especially in complex fractures.
